Fadoua Loudiy, Ph.D

The Ethical Communicator is a training and consulting company focused on global communicative intelligence: public and civil discourse, intercultural competencies and inclusive leadership. Far from cookie-cutter trends, we believe your values and ethical sensibilities should be the driving force behind your communicative behaviors and practices. Our approach is based on academic rigor and grounded in ethics.

In a world that is increasingly fragmented and polarized, communication should be much more than a transfer or an exchange of information. Communicative practices should be designed with an eye to ethical implications, and tailored to the audience you are seeking to reach and the relationships you want to build. Our calling is to help you elevate your leadership and communicative intelligence by providing the knowledge and tools to improve your communication practices and align them with your values.

Fadoua Loudiy is the founder of the Ethical Communicator. A dynamic communication professional and scholar with twenty years of experience in higher education, freelancing and mentoring, Dr. Loudiy is passionate about helping people create meaningful connections with others. An educator at heart, she has worked as a language and cross-cultural consultant with many international organizations, including the International Association of Chiefs of Police in Washington D.C., the FBI, and the Convention Center in Pittsburgh.

Fadoua has a Masters Degree in Public and International Affairs and a Ph.D. in Communication and Rhetoric. Dr. Loudiy’s publications reflect her interdisciplinary expertise as well as her knowledge of all aspects and forms of communication and ethics. A native of Morocco, Fadoua speaks English, Arabic and French fluently and has a conversational mastery of Spanish.
